The Aneros Helix is one of the newer Aneros models that was introduced around the same time as the Maximus and the Eupho. The Aneros Helix was designed based of customer feedback, it has a sharply angled stem and a large bulbous head which provides great pivoting action that gives a nice aggressive prostate massage. The Helix also has a flatter head which gives you more direct contact with the prostate. The Aneros Helix is great for both beginners and experienced users.
The MGX and the Helix are the two models recommended for beginners to prostate massage. The differences between the two models are the Helix has a larger flatter head and an angled stem which will give your prostate a more powerful massage. If you’re a more daring beginner get the Helix, if you’re a little more timid, get the MGX. You can’t go wrong either way.
While I have no personal experience with the Helix I’ve heard nothing but great things and I am sure I will add one to my collection eventually. The Aneros Helix is great for beginners and experienced users alike

It takes a while to build the muscles up to the point where the Helix works best – I’ve had mine for 3 weeks and am just getting there.
The Helix does have some peculiarities, most notably a smaller neck than the MGX. At first, it felt like it was going to slip out, but I soon realized that it will slide out about an inch, but that’s it. And it’s the sliding action that really puts the head of the Helix where it counts.
For anyone interested in prostate stim, you can’t go wrong with the Helix. It will totally rock your world.

I tried the Helix today but i didnt feel anything special….Maybe im not doing it right…I follow the instructiong from the packing I didnt have any problem to put it in but no big O’s or different sensation………..Can somebody give me some tips please!!!!..thanks

You can use it as often as you’d like, that’s kind of up to you. As for the best position to use it in, that’s kind of a personal thing for you to find out. What works for me may not work best for you. I personally enjoy them the most when I am lying on my stomach or on my side. You need to experiment and find what works best for you.
