Instructions:
- Attach the smooth extension to the body of the syringe.
- Depress the plunger fully
- Draw lubricant into applicator by pulling up on the plunger
- Lightly lubricate the tip of the extension and carefully insert into anus
- Depress the plunger to release lubricant into rectum and slowly remove the applicator
- Lubricate the head and body of your Aneros and insert into rectum
- Enjoy!
